My experience with Bartels was excellent and wonderful. Ivan's expertise found a major safety problem with my car and the bearings. As much as i did not want to hear this news, it was so imprtant for the safety of me and my family. The sevice was speedy and i was kept informed throughout the whole process. I loved how Ivan took me under my car and showed me the problems and what was hood with my car. I learned alot. My thanks to everyone at Bartels and i will be a customer for life.

Called to have 2014 dodge journey for check engine light. Made appointment dropped off night before appointment and has an estimated within the hour and approved repairs. Car was repaired and inspected and we had our vehicle back by 3:00 the day of appointment. Great service and a great price for service. Will be back when we need are vehicles serviced again.

I usually make an appointment, but on Thursday I failed to make one. Nevertheless, they took me as a walk-in, the manager met me in the garage, remembered my name, or quickly had someone pull my name from my license plate. This was my third time using Bartel's for my vehicle. Came in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. They identified several issues with both the brakes, shocks and stabilizer bar. They always bring you out to the car to show you what they have found. They were able to complete the work the same day. Everybody who works there is always personable and treat you with respect.

Once again Bartel’s came through. I wanted to make sure my mother in law’s car was safe to drive through the Winter. They performed their Winter inspection and found some serious issues that needed immediate attention. They actually showed the issues to me in the shop. Those repairs were completed the same day. They also informed me of some minor issues that didn’t need immediate attention. Once again, great, honest service.

1st. time customer. I was very nervous about repairs for my auto. I'm a car guy who knows things about cars. Some repair places think everyone is a dud & knows nothing about cars. Some tell you that you need this & you need this & so on. That was not my experience with Bartel's. I knew I needed front brakes & an oil change. Bartel's employees checked the whole car & and that was exactly what I was told. I am very pleased with the service & honest attitude that was displayed. Had the work done. Will be back. Just moved close by into a community center for the elderly & was looking for a new car repair facility while I was still driving.

This was my second time using Bartel's. I returned because of the great experience I had the first time. I am impressed with how friendly but professional all the employees are. They seem happy to work there and treat you respectfully. I worked with David twice and can't say enough good things about him. I was shown exactly what was wrong with my car this second time. It wasn't safe to continue driving so they provided a rental. Took a week to get my car back but it was due to difficulty getting parts giving some ongoing autoworkers strikes. I definitely will be returning for basic maintenance work and any future problems.

This was my first time using Bartel's in Carol Stream. My Fiat 500c need the flex exhaust pipe replaced. I went in on a Sunday. David Ivanovski was the service advisor. I wasn't sure if Bartel's could do this and also on a weekend. David researched for the parts, quoted the approximate cost and said that they could definitely do it the next Sunday which worked great for me as I need my car during the week. The parts came in on time and the work was completed as promised on the next Sunday. David was very professional and customer focused which was greatly appreciated. I also was contacted after the job to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Will definitely consider Bartel's for future work on my car.

Despite having a lot FULL of cars, Bartels Carol Stream is almost always able to get my car serviced on the same day, as they did today. While I find their rates a bit higher compared to other local shops, they're always willing and able to work with us upon completion of the job. They're friendly, reliable and offer rides to and from the shop as needed. They're a good, dependable shop when you're in a pinch. They have worked on our cars for more than 20 years, and we'll continue to use them when our old beaters have a hiccup.

The staff and workers here are the most caring/knowledgable/kind/honest/respectful out there. I towed my car here even though I live 40min away because I know my car was in good hands. They never overcharge, try to sell you parts you don't need, or make you pay for a diagnostic. They always try to make time for you in their busy schedules. This is my favorite repair shop in IL.

Good service with good technicians. No ""surprises"". I have an older vehicle that I am nursing along until I'm forced to buy an EV. My vehicle needed some additional work outside of an oil change and routine safety check. My vehicle needed to stay there overnight so the technician could repair what was necessary the following day. My only beef is that they should have called me to let me know there was going to be a delay. They were extremely busy before the July 4th holiday, so I forgive them.

I am Audi Q5 owner and had to replace both of the front Axle shafts. I have researched everywhere and got referred Bartel's by Costco Auto Program. These are are amazing! I’ve been going through a really hard time this year financially and have been putting off getting my brakes changed for awhile because I really just couldn’t afford it at all. I’ve been driving “metal on metal” for awhile out of necessity. When I finally came in I must’ve really messed it up a lot more than a simple brake change. David and his team really came through and helped me get the best deal they could find to help me out, with a price that I could work with. These guys really care about their community, they really didn’t want me on the road driving the way I was because it really could’ve gotten worse and someone (probably myself) could’ve been hurt. I work for a dealer group and haven't seen this level of customer service. While waiting for an oil change another customer came in to pick up a vehicle that wasn't running. Bartels couldn't figure out the issue but did a significant amount of work on it. One of the service directors apologized and said to just take the vehicle, and because it wasn't fixed, that they could discuss payment with a manager at a later date. That NEVER happens anywhere. It probably made that guys day.

My battery was dead, and after I charged it, the dashboard lights went crazy, indicating that there might be problems with the transmission and other systems. Although I didn't have an appointment, I went to Bartel's, and they did a quick diagnostic. They replaced the battery and checked out everything. When both headlights went out on my daughter, I told her to call Bartel's. It was dark and late in the afternoon. They told her to come right in, and they would take care of it for her. They didn't need to take it on because it was getting close to closing time. They fixed both headlights and even did an oil change and tire rotation. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable and they even stayed beyond business hours to complete the job. So much appreciated! 5-stars well deserved!

My truck was experiencing some power steering issues. I took it to the dealer, who diagnosed it as a front end issue. The parts required were on back order and, I was told, may not be available for over a year. This sounded strange, so I took my truck to Bartel's in Carol Stream. I was called back two hours after dropping it off and was told it was a steering shaft and they could get the part over night. They completed the repairs for a third of the cost I was quoted by the dealer (who obviously misdiagnosed the problem). The steering is fine now. The service was great and the repairs were completed in a nominal amount of time. Nice job Bartel's.

Came in without an appointment to get a patch in my tire. The technician showed me the nail hole which was on the very edge of the tire which was very worn and he couldn’t patch the tire. He recommended a new tire, but said it’s best to have two same tires on the rear. He quoted Hancooks, but I knew my husband had wanted to replace our current tires with Michelins all weather tires. Didn’t have the money for all four so I told him I wanted 2 Michelins. The time wait was reasonable because they needed to send someone to get them. They are very reasonable in price. The Michelins were only $120 more. Great people to deal with. I’ve been taking our cars there for years and they are wonderful!

Very accommodating installing two Oxygen sensors and completed work in a timely fashion. Also, recommended two exhaust leaks be looked at by at a muffler shop instead of tackling job themselves and creating a major fiasco. Would highly recommend giving them an opportunity to repair or advise on what is best means to get ones car road ready again.

On this occasion, I had a vehicle in for an oil change and inspection. As always, the front desk personnel were friendly and honest. Each time I have used Bartel’s, I am always impressed with their honesty and their quality of work, at a fair price. While waiting for my vehicle, many times I have heard them recommend for customers to take their vehicles to the dealership, etc., because the repair was still under warranty and there should be no charge for the repair. That’s honesty!! I’m so happy that I found a local repair shop that is honest and who does great work at a fair price!!

When my car started making horrible noises and sounded like it was dying I headed over to Bartels. I made it there before it died they took me right away! They tested it told me what the problem was fixed it with their usual expertise and professional demeanor. They drove me home and picked me up when my car was done. I have brought two cars here in the past month for different problems, the staff was quick to get me in and look at my vehicles. Bartel does a great job at accommodating people and getting them in and out quickly with great, friendly service. The last 2 times I was in a hurry to get my car fixed and Bartel accomplished the job. They picked me up and dropped me off so I wouldn’t need to wait in their office as I had work to do. Pricing can be a bit high but they send coupons or try to knock off a few bucks here or there to help with the costs. The only thing I questioned from my last visit was why they didn’t catch my bad wiper blade during their multi point inspection? I had to point it out to them after they told me what was wrong with my car. Overall, I’d recommend bringing your car here.

Just wanted an oil change, taking advantage of the snail mail coupon. They did it the same day I called, and much more. I was offered the opportunity to change my very dirty engine air and cabin air filters for a reasonable cost. The Big Thing was, they found a huge rust hole in the passenger side rear floorboard that I had no idea was even there. Only had this car for two weeks -- it was a shock to discover how bad it was. Thanks for the inspection, guys.

Other than what seemed like a delay before work started on my car it was overall a pleasant experience. A leak shown to me when my car was up on a hoist was repaired, along with an overdue oil change and general inspection. I appreciated rides to and from my home during the repair which took several hours. My 2007 Explorer is running smoothly again and a noise that had worried me has disappeared.

We had a vibrating feeling when we were driving at different speeds, felt like you were driving over a washboard. So I called and talked Bartel’s and talked to Trever, and he knew exactly what the issue was, but he wanted to take it for a short drive to confirm what he thought it was, and it was. It seems that the eight speed auto transmission was the problem. So, they changed the fluid, filters, etc. and the problem was resolved. I ask what if we had ignored and not brought it in for this repair what would have happened? We were told that the trans would have failed at one point and the repair would have cost many thousand of dollars, thank you Trever!!

The repair of my 2014 SRX was superb. The dealer quoted me over $5000 for a long list of items. Bartel's found a few items that were not needed, but more important, completed the list for almost half the price. They also threw in a few minor items at no cost and even provided me with a loaner for the time the work would take place. I also appreciate the time they took to fully explain all the aspects of the work needed and put me at ease throughout the whole process. You truly are “your dealer alternative” as advertised. I went to the Ford dealership for 2 recall items and thought I’d get an oil change while there. Asked them to check my brakes. Was told my rear brakes were worn to nothing and the fronts only slightly better. Was quoted close to $1600. For brakes, cabin and engine filter change, trans fluid flush and fuel injection flush. I left, went directly to Bartels, my rear brakes, pads and rotors needed replacement but the front brakes were fine. Adam, Mark and the other guys on your team couldn’t have been more informative, courteous and professional. As someone who manages customer service reps, I am always impressed with the customer service at Bartel's. As a frugal owner of old used cars, I appreciate that they provide honest assessments of the urgency of maintenance items, allowing me to prioritize or delay repairs without jeopardizing safety. Their turnaround time is fast. Their explanations are clear. They'll provide rides to/from the shop. Their prices are typically lower than competitors and always fair, often offering extra discounts for larger work. In short, I trust them which is the best thing you want to be able to say of your go-to mechanic.

Fantastic! Personnel agreed with me and explain the process both on the phone and in person was polite friendly knowledgeable And positive. My car was ready and safe again in 45 minutes. They were thorough and double checked everything to make sure my car was safe. They did not high pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need. And the waiting room and bathroom were clean and sanitary! It was a pleasant experience unlike others I have had at dealerships. They were able to fit in my car repair the day I called. All employees were very courteous and friendly. I was able to obtain a courtesy ride home from there after I dropped off my car. My repair process was very impressive. I was kept informed with narrative descriptions and pictures of the deficiencies found along with the cost of each repair. The repairs were made the same day and was able to get my car back the same day. This was my first visit there and will definitely return!!

This was our first visit to Bartel's and that is because Scott J is now there. I shared with Scott some of the things I knew needed to be done and that we would be taking a small road trip in the near future. He had his team do a full overview of our vehicle and did find things that may have put us in a very bad situation on the road. The car is about 7 years old, so I was not surprised if he did find something. They sent pictures then called to explain. So much better than just calling, I need pictures! They did not recommend anything that was not needed. We were given time frames on one or two other needs that they will look at next year. See you next time!

My battery died and I was stranded At the corner or 59 and Army Trail Rd. I call them them and they promptly sent out a service tech that jump my battery and followed me back to their shop and they installed a new battery all within one hour. I found Bartels a few years ago! It was a gold find! Car care become my job after my husband became very ill! I was so happy the first time I went there and every time I have gone there! Good people, good business. Don’t take the “We Fix Everything” slogan literal. I fixed my truck when they were unwilling. Didn’t have to lift body or pull engine. It’s no big deal and their business is good. So they receive 4 stars. I was emailed a review request or else I would not write in. I’d recommend not emailing potential unsatisfied customers review requests because most will 1 to 2 star you and that is not good for business.

I just received an email to complete a survey regarding my recent visit. So, I thought that I would copy/paste my ""other comments"" here: Trevor explained thoroughly everything to me prior to picking up my Jeep. He provided me with a cost breakdown prior to me bringing it in. There was two items needed to be fixed as well. He contacted me first and gave me a quote & a detailed explanation for what/why the work needed to be done. He also arranged for a tow from my home to the shop, which was fabulous! Very pleased with the work done at your shop. My parents lived in Villa Park in the 60's and 70's. All the work done on their cars was done at Bob Bartel's gas station. They were always very pleased with the work and the service. After living out of state for decades, they are in the area once again, therefore we came back to Bartel's. I had a flat tire at work in parking lot and it was repaired. They found what we thought was a nail in the tread of my tire. I called Bartel's to see if they could inspect it, plug it and replace the temporary tire with the full size. They said to bring it on in, no problem, at that was at 4:30 p.m. and no appointment necessary. Ben got it started and while I waited it was repaired and replaced in about 30 minutes. The prices was also very reasonable. Thanks for making it quick and easy!

These guys inspected my 1999 Volvo V70XC and gave me a full diagnosis of the fuel economy problems and rough running issues I've recently experienced with the car. The estimate to make the repairs exceeded the value of the car so I declined the work. Their mechanic was very knowledgeable and thorough, their service manager was extremely pleasant and arranged for a staff member to give me a ride back to work while they did the inspection and diagnosis. Very bad news for my old Volvo but it had to happen sooner or later.

I couldn't give 5 stars because of how long it took. I feel they are very professional and they tried really hard to get the car done sooner. Acquiring parts was a real obstacle for them.They did break an inexpensive part and had me cover the cost. Didn't feel that was fair but I do understand that the technician had to apply many more labor hours than originally quoted.

My windshield wiper fell apart during a snow storm and I was able to stop by and get new ones with little notice. But the great thing was that they noticed my ‘check tire pressure’ light was illuminated because of the cold weather and that was corrected too! Simple but going above and beyond.

Bartel's is a one stop shop for car care! I am so thrilled that I found it and started going there! Trevor was friendly, polite, helpful and patient. He educated me on things I should know about car care since I admitted that I know nothing! He physically pointed out things that were wrong with my car and made suggestions but never pressured me into doing anything. I felt like I had found a new family! That is how comfortable it felt like being there. They even took me home since my service was going to take longer than expected and picked me up to come back to get my car when it was ready. Went to Bartel's for the first time on Wednesday with an oil leak problem, and the shop quickly located the source of my leak, telling me I needed to have the plug replaced due to a damaged gasket. Then the mechanic explained that he had a technique for connecting a suction pump to the oil cap which would allow him to remove and replace the plug without losing any of the oil already in the crankcase! He thus saved me an oil change, and to top it off the shop gave me the new plug at no charge. If there intention was to earn my business, they succeeded!

Was having an engine overheating problem with my Ford Explorer and would have taken it to my Ford dealership except their mechanics were on strike. Found Bartel's on the Internet, saw good reviews, and called them Friday morning for an appointment but worried that they would be backed up due to the strike. Service manager Stewart told me to bring it in right away to take a look at it. They diagnosed the problem while I was there, taking me into the shop area to see for myself, and pointed out several other problems as well. After being promised the car would be ready by Saturday noon, Stewart gave me a ride home. Later on Friday he phoned, describing some other optional work for which I agreed. Was picked up from home on Saturday, waited awhile for the car to be ready, and drove it home around 1 PM. Took a 120-mile trip the next day and the car performed perfectly. All in all an excellent experience, and will definitely consider Bartel's for future work.

I choose bartels because they feel like a family mechanic. They are always nice and are willing to bring you back and show you they problem. The prices are competitive and the oil changes are fast and easy. Excellent Care And Services Brought my daughters car in for an oil change and she had a bad sensor. This is the first time we had ever been here. They rotated the tires and even checked the sensor and cleared it out for no extra charge. I thin Lexi is the girl at th desk and she was so helpful. Definitely bringing our cars here again. Awesome Team Today was my first day using these guys, I was in a pinch and they are reasonably priced! If you score a coupon for the service you are getting in the mail, its a huge plus. I was able to get a ride home (with my two young kids) and a ride back to the shop. Now that is a amazing perk! I will be taking my truck here from now on. Thanks again guys!!!

Just went to get a front wheel bearing assembly replaced. Very nice people to deal with and is 5 minutes from my house which is a big plus. They sent me a video on my phone of the issue so I could see it. I loved that. My only complaint was price. Seemed a little high for a wheel bearing swap out. Seemed a bit high on the price of the part especially. But other than that, a great place and great people. Will go to again if it's something I don't have the time or know ho to handle.

I've been bringing my cars to Bartels for many years. If I wasn't happy with the entire process,, I would NOT have continued to do business with them. My car sits outside, so during this past cold snap,, it froze up. I called the following morning to have someone come get it, and fix it,, I was assuming it would need a battery. A tow truck was at my house within a couple hours,,, driver knocked on my door, I gave him the keys and he loaded my car and drove away. Just a few hours later,, I received a phone call from Bartels, telling me YES my car was running and YES it needed a new battery. Because of my health,, I wasn't able to bring my car home that same day without a great deal of discomfort,, they agreed to keep my car one more day,, so I could hopefully feel better. The following day,, I called them and said at their convenience,, if someone would pick me up at my home,, bring me to their store, I would pay for the work done and get my car out of their way ----- instead ---- they chose to bring ME my car, so I did NOT need to be out in the cold ,, so I did not need to possibly be any discomfort...... I just can't explain what a wonderful thing that was --- I don't know of any major business that would go to that extent for a customer. My car is home,, in perfect running condition and I never had to leave the comfort of my house - because this team of people thought of my personal issues over ,, just being a business. I brought one of my cars in and had the front end done for some pretty extensive work (300k miles)It was one of my company service cars and we needed it fast .They came thru and finished it that dayBad newsIn Milwaukee two days later it broke downI called Adam and he had it towed to a Napa repair shop in Milwaukee .They towed and repaired the car at this shop under warrantyI had no idea this was how things were done!We are Back on the road and I give you guys 5 stars for service under tough circumstancesWell done!

Another Excellent Experience I recently went in to Bartel's to see about having the hole in a flat tire plugged. After determining they couldn't plug the tire safely, they went above and beyond to get an exact replacement tire AND work with Tire Rack to make sure the tire replacement would be covered by my Road Hazard Warranty. This was just another example of their awesome and personal service and I look forward to continuing to visit Bartel's for my automotive maintenance and repairs.

Catalytic Converter Replacement Bartel's has provided auto repair services for multiple vehicles off and on over the course of about a 7 year period. Service is generally good and they provide a ride service in the area for longer duration repairs. They are slightly higher in cost than budget repair shops but cheaper than a new car dealer. If cost is the only consideration, look elsewhere. They provide an honest opinion of what needs to be fixed and what doesn't. For example, a new car dealer recommended power steering replacement on an older vehicle. Bartel's looked at the same vehicle and said nothing was wrong. Three years later, the steering is still fine. The Catalytic Converter Replacement for another older vehicle was properly diagnosed and repaired for about $700.00. This was higher than expected, but they do warranty their repair work for 3 years.

Super friendly professionals!! I went to Bartel's Auto Clinic to use a free coupon to have a check-engine light be checked out. Everyone there was so friendly and since I'm kinda talkative, I really enjoyed talking to everyone. They answered all my questions in a way I could understand and I will follow up next week for possible service on my emissions system. Geez, I had such a good time, I wish I could just stop in and chat any time. They really make you feel like you have their attention| like you're the only one there. I would definitely recommend their place of business for your auto care needs.

I brought my Saab in to have a tire leak repaired and a tire pressure sensor replaced. The sensor replacement cost I felt was a bit on the high side compared to other shops. I called Adam (there general manager) and he said a mistake was made on their side and quickly rectified the situation. Adam was very pleasant on the phone and in person. Service was performed in a timely manner. I will be happy to go back again for more service.

I had a bit of vibration at expressway speed and moved the right front wheel to the rear which fixed the vibration. Didn't realize till later that that the tires on front and rear were different. Asked the guys at Bartel's to swap the tires, but leave the wheels where they were. Got back in the car and the vibration was back.The guys worked with me until the problem was fixed. They checked both right side wheels/tires for balance. Then, since the car was on the lift, checked the left front wheel/tire, which they found was out of balance. Vibration gone, feels like a new car! Excellent work, gentlemen!

I called earlier in the morning to see about bringing my car in as I thought my wind shield washer pump had failed. I spoke with John who asked me to stop by after work so he could take a look & make sure he ordered the correct part. Ok, seemed fair enough. I knew they offered free estimates, and it was on my way home from work so it was no big deal to stop in.When I got to the shop, John grabbed my car, pulled it into the garage, and asked me to take a seat. About 10 minutes later he came back & said it was all fixed!! Apparently my washer line was just clogged and/or frozen. Either way, they said there was nothing wrong with the pump. Great news!! I know if I had gone to the Honda dealer I would have paid for them to replace a pump that wasn't actually broken.I will definitely return in the future for more of my routine maintenance like oil changes, etc.

I normally take my car to the dealership to have repairs done but on a few occasions when the dealer estimate seemed extremely high I went to Bartels and was extremely pleased with the cost and work done. They were very personable and the work was performed quickly. On one occasion I needed air put into a wheel for a wheelbarrow. After trying 2 other places I went to Bartels and they were able to care for it ...and.. they didn't even charge me. I would definitely recommend them.

Always a great place to go to for reasonable labor rates for an alternative to obnoxious luxury ""dealership"" rates. I have a Land Rover and I bring it to Bartels for almost anything and they are always honest and fair about what needs to be done, I only bring my vehicle to the Land Rover dealer if there is computer specific things that need to be hooked up using the dealer exclusive tools (and I get charged obscene amounts which is why I avoid the dealer whenever possible). The other nice thing is that the GM's and owners are usually present and very knowledgeable which gives me good peace of mind. I would recommend Bartel's for sure.

I love them. They took a completely crap-tastic situation and turned it around. I was having a stressful week--looking for a place to live with new roommates, just started a new job, when I got a flat tire 30 miles from home. Fixed it that night, and called Bartel's first thing the next morning to see if they could squeeze me in (since it was on my way to work). The girl that answered the phone said sure, she could get me an appointment in 15 minutes--perfect! I took it in to get the tire looked at, they said it should be 20 mintues and then I would be on with my day. Well, not so much. Apparently they guy who was working on my car was new, and forgot to move one of the arms on some apparatus out of the way when they lowered my car. The driver's side door was open, and so it got bent so much that it would no longer close. The owner and the general manager both came out to tell me the good news was that the tire was fixed and they wouldn't be charging me. The bad news was that I couldn't drive my car. BUT, they had already called Enterprise and were going to pay for my rental until my car came back from the body shop. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be going back there. Not only was the door fixed (as well as the tire), I never paid a penny AND when I got my car back they had washed the outside and even detailed the interior. Nicely done!

I’ve been bringing my 2003 Yukon Bartel’s for service since 2009. The first time was to fix a problem my old mechanic couldn’t resolve after 3 tries, finally telling me it was nothing to worry about. The service technician at Bartel’s correctly diagnosed the issue, provided a detailed quote and repaired the vehicle.The people there are professional, provide written estimates in advance and the work is done right the first time. My vehicle has 145,000 miles on it and they keep it running great.

I took my car in for a brake job and they did fine, maybe could've gotten it done elsewhere for a little less, but can you put a price on trust? Plus they seem to back up their work. And to Alecia, if they offered you a new transmission for $300, that's one hell of a deal.

I was driving out of my work parking lot and hit a well-placed pothole at the end of the lot. Next thing I know, it sounds like the bottom of my car dropped out and is now grinding itself to pieces on the asphalt. Yeah, I know nothing about cars, but I did figure out that the piece of car dragging along the ground was my muffler. Fantastic. My kind co-worker reattached the muffler with a coathanger (on a 90* day, on the hot asphalt, bless his little soul, and yes, I gave him a gift card for that), and sent me on my way.I stopped by Bartel's because it was on the way home from work. I told them the problem and asked if they could do it and give me an oil change at the same time. They said sure. They took my car in right away, on the spot, and told me it would take about an hour or so.They told me the screw had snapped in half in the hanger of the muffler and it needed to be drilled out, for which they charged me $30. They didn't charge me anything else than that and the oil change, which was $20-something bucks. My kindly coworker had told me the screw had snapped in half, so I know they weren't just going for a few extra bucks. Honesty is a plus.While I waited, I read their nice selection of magazines, talked to another client (whose wife I work with - small world), and drank several cups of coffee, which was pretty good. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and their bathroom was clean as well, which is good to know when one ingests several free cups of coffee.I came out of there within an hour and a half or so, with an oil change and a rehung-muffler.The only reason I'm giving a star down is because, as other reviewers mentioned, they handed me a list of things I needed to get fixed as soon as possible. The list included roughly $1,000 worth of repairs. I've been to other shops in a few months worth of time, and no one gave me such a large list or such a nice big quote.I'm not sure whether or not my car really needs all these things, so I'm sure I'll take it somewhere and get a second opinion, so I can't say perhaps these things weren't truly necessary and they were really doing me a favor. I also have to give them credit for giving me this list AFTER having me pay my bill. They could have come out and tried to pressure me into getting all this done while they were fixing my car. But they didn't. So that's good.All in all, no major issues. I'd go back. :0)

They didn't try to sell us anything! Hubby just took his car in here for an oil change and to have the battery checked. He was also worried about the brakes and asked to have them looked at. They checked it out and told him he didn't need brakes or a battery, but he needed tires. There was no spiel for buying THEIR tires. They also fixed a rattle by putting a clamp on the muffler. All this for $33.93!He dropped the car off and it took 2 hours for this, so who knows how long it would take if he waited. Usually they are a little more speedy if you're sitting around. The inside of the facility is clean and it's pretty brand new. It's always hard to find a good mechanic, so check this place out if you need one!
